- Use Licence
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Southern Co-op’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

Southern Co-op makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, Southern Co-op does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
In no event shall Southern Co-op or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Southern Co-op’s website, even if Southern Co-op or a Southern Co-op authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights and does not limit our liability if Southern Co-op is not entitled to restrict its liability as a matter of law.

The materials appearing on Southern Co-op’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Whilst Southern Co-op will endeavour to ensure the accuracy and completeness of any information and that it is up to date, Southern Co-op does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Southern Co-op may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Southern Co-op does not make any commitment to update the materials.
Southern Co-op has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Southern Co-op of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

From time to time we would like to send you information about Southern Co-op’s businesses. This might include general information and exclusive offers and benefits and opportunities to help us improve our offers in relation to goods and services which we believe may be of interest to you. We will only send you this information if you have consented to us doing so.
Southern Co-op will never sell your personal details to a third party, however, from time to time we would like to make you aware of the work of selected partners that we are supporting and working with but we will only send you this information if you have consented to us doing so
