This has been very upsetting for everyone. The next day I was walking past the branch & decided to ask what we do when the time comes. I was met by a lovely lady called Ellen who explained everything to me. I became very upset but she made me a drink & assured me when the time comes they would be able to care for Dad. I left feeling a lot better & knowing someone like Ellen would be caring for Dad has given me comfort.
