Everything was dealt with in a compassionate and friendly way. We were at ease from the start and everything was handled in a professional and understanding manner. We were pleasantly surprised to find the costs involved were considerably less than those companies advertising on the television. We wanted to be able to deal with a person and felt we could pop back in with any queries we had.
